Our first video comes from Marina Harding.
"This 30 minute yoga video is a condensed version of my Signature Hatha Yoga Flow. Built with a combination of breathing, postures, and meditation, creating a well-rounded yoga practice. This video is geared to all levels of yoga. Listen to your body and do what you can handle. Every day is different and that is okay! ENJOY and thank you for practicing with me!"
I began my yoga teaching journey in 2015. At the time, I was in the Nursing Degree Program down in Fayetteville, NC. I like to think that yoga was my saving grace. While in nursing school, I became sick. I knew that if I didn’t take a break from school, I would end up as a patient in the hospital, not a nurse. Long story short, being a yoga teacher became my passion. I began my 8 month yoga teacher training journey at the Hayat Yoga Shala with Yoga Garden of Apex, NC and recognized by Yoga Alliance with my 200 hour certification. I also received a certificate as a Yoga Warriors Teacher, teaching yoga to those who suffer from PTSD and TBI. From here on out, I realized that I could not force myself into a pathway of life that wasn’t meant for me. I realized that all the years I spent studying science and medicine paid off in a different way. For that, I am grateful. Now, I am sharing my passion with you. Om Shanti, Marina Harding
